All orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

We make every attempt to ensure the gift received matches the gift pictured and described as closely as possible. Occasionally, certain items and containers may be out of stock. When this occurs, product substitution will be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care will be taken to ensure that any substitutions made are for products of equal or greater value, high quality and are appropriate to the type of gift you have ordered.
Damaged Product Replacement
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. Please contact us immediately so that we can assist you. We request that you report any damaged shipment to us within 2 business days of your basket’s arrival. If a basket arrives damaged, we will be more then happy to arrange an exchange replacement for the entire basket, or replace particular items if damage is limited. Items not damaged must be in new condition and in the original packaging. For your protection, use an insured courier to return items and retain your shipping receipt for parcel tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Please note an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. There are no returns on undamaged baskets or products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address gifts and provide appropriate delivery instruction. My Organic Havynn does not accept any responsibility for damage, missing or delayed orders where:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address or delivery instructions have been provided
- Delivery instructions direct a gift to be left at a particular address unattended

Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
